There is a yellow triangle that appears on the Windows 10 screen with the name of the update. Click on it and follow the instructions to update to Windows 10 build 19536. You can check your version of Windows 10 build with Settings > System > About.
This workaround will have you running Windows 10 build 19536 at this time. I will also add later that this same issue has also happened to other machines as well. Just gave up on trying to resolve it and put the system back to build 1904.
The newest preview builds also includes another option in the Settings, where you can directly manage the tiles on your Start screen. The Personalized app tiles option was there in the previous builds. There are three choices, Personal, Color, and Random. You can also remove the tiles with just a click.
The app tiles for Windows 10, now have the new option to choose the color of the tile. You can change the color of the tile on the fly and there is no restriction to use the same color on all the tiles.
Microsoft has improved on the mouse gestures of Windows 10. You can now do a swipe of your mouse to show the charms menu, right click menu and more. You can disable or even remove the mouse gestures on the taskbar if you don’t want to use them.
One of the most annoying thing that happen in Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 is that you were not able to disable the taskbar in their desktop environments. Though it didn’t happen on the Start Menu, it was still there on the taskbar. The taskbar was always taking up extra space and you always needed to do a right click to remove the notifications.
Some applications, such as Java, require that the application directories and libraries are updated to a newer version before the user can update. However, there are some applications that are not explicitly API-specific, such as the X Window System, the X server source code, are automatically updated as required.
