As long as you have a valid product key you should be able to search for the windows 7 ISO and download it to make a windows 7 disk. The issue is locating the the drivers. Try the acer web site and the web. I had an acer with windows 8 installed and since I had a key for windows 7 was able to download everything I needed from the internet. Last resort is to buy the restore from ACER.
I recently bought a new HP laptop with windows 7 home premium x64 and as many of you know, HP is horrible when it comes to preinstalled bloatware so I'd like to wipe everything clean and install a fresh copy of windows 7 home premium x64.
Yes you can! Just follow the instructions on the page, mount the ISO image for the 64bit win 7 home premium, install it over the old 32 bit, and then register the 64 bit with your product key on your laptop! (:

Ye links are dead and its really frustating. I got a laptop where hard disk crashed went to get a new one wanted to install but noticed the cd i had for my pc is professional and laptop is home, i need to home 64 bit version in dutch (i dont care the langauge, but noticed when on my msdn account that they make a difference between dutch and english version) So dont know if the key will work with english version. Its just a key from a laptop with the sticker on the bottom. Been looking for over an hour for the original version of windows but only finding dead links or sites that arent from microsoft so im doubtfull if there cracked or original versions

Hello.I already have a genuine windows 7 home premium operating system fully updated. If i want, can i upgrade to Ultimate just by activating a new product key given by you? I mean, without having to format and do everything from beginning.? 2b1af7f3a8
